Once agreed, we manage the planning application process to secure planning consent and create added value through what is known as 'planning uplift'. After the opportunity value has been enhanced, we work together to decide the best route forward; either selling the consented development or delivering the build ourselves.
In either scenario, the profits are shared. It’s a straightforward, aligned partnership model designed to benefit us both.
